For deliveries within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein the shipping costs amount to CHF 4.50 per order.

From a goods value of CHF 100.– shipping is free of charge for customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 17:30 are as a rule dispatched on the same working day, provided the goods are available and the payment has been received successfully. Orders placed after 17:30, at weekends or on public holidays are as a rule processed on the next working day.

The delivery time within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is approx. 1–3 working days. The effective delivery date depends on the availability of the goods, the delivery address, the payment status and the delivery by the shipping service provider.

• We deliver to selected countries of the European Union.
• For orders from the EU, different shipping costs, delivery times and legal conditions may apply. These are shown in the cart or at checkout.
• For deliveries to the EU we ship exclusively products with less than 0.2 % THC. There is no uniform EU limit for finished CBD products; the rules of the destination country apply.
• Products with a THC content of less than 1 % are intended exclusively for the Swiss market and may not be exported abroad without prior verification of the respective national regulations.

• Payment is made via PostFinance Checkout, on the secure payment page of PostFinance.
• Which payment methods (e.g. TWINT or cards) are available is shown at checkout.

A return is only possible for unopened, unused and sealed goods. Returns must be announced in advance by e-mail to info@vaporspirit.ch. All details on withdrawal and return can be found in our terms and conditions.
