By purchasing products from our web shop vaporspirit you confirm that you have read our terms and conditions (available in German) and agree to them.

• By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• From a legal point of view we may give neither promises of healing, nor dosage recommendations, nor medical advice. We therefore ask you to seek advice from your doctor.
• Some of our products are legal in Switzerland because they have a THC content of less than 1 %. These products are intended exclusively for the Swiss market and may not be exported abroad without prior examination of the respective national regulations. Practically all countries have lower limit values than Switzerland.
• For deliveries to the European Union we ship exclusively products with a THC content below 0.2 %. There is no uniform EU limit for finished CBD products; whether a product may be imported and used in the destination country is a matter of local law.
