CBD (cannabidiol) is one of the many compounds found in the cannabis plant. CBD pollen (kief) is a product obtained from the flower clusters of female hemp plants and is a rich source of this valuable cannabinoid.

Unlike THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), CBD is not intoxicating. CBD pollen can be used in various forms, including vaporising, smoking or making CBD oils and tinctures.

The growing popularity of CBD has led to wider availability of CBD products, including CBD pollen, which is available in various concentrations and qualities.

CBD interacts with the body's endocannabinoid system. What role CBD can play in sleep, mood or pain perception is being studied; so far, there is no reliable evidence. CBD products are not medicines and do not replace a medical consultation.

Find out about the laws and regulations in your region before buying or using CBD products. If you take medication, talk to your doctor before use to rule out possible interactions.
